Annual Award Dinner & Meeting

Elections, Awards and 2009 calendar of events and activities will be completed at this meeting. Be there to meet your club members and help plan the clubs activities. The Dinner will be January 24, 2009 at the Partlow Ruritan Club. Social begins at 5:00 pm, Dinner at 6:00 pm. Meeting and awards to follow dinner. Pot-luck, bring a dish to share – No cost to members. The club will provide the meat. Sign up for snacks, drinks, vegetables, desserts. Email dobermom11@msn.com to post on this site.
TACK SWAP: Need room for all the new stuff Santa delivered? Or do you still need more stuff?! Bring your new or used tack to the annual meeting for an old fashion tack swap. If you need something specific, email dobermom11@msn.com to post a wish list here. Someone may have what you are looking for.
2009 membership dues must be paid in order to vote in election. Please see new membership application. Bring your ballots from the newsletter and membership forms to the dinner/meeting or send to Gerald Brooks by Jan 23 to be counted.
