About

Aug 13th, 2007 by admin

The Virginia Appaloosa Horse Club was founded and chartered June 2002 as a non-profit organization.  Our mission is to promote the Appaloosa horse at the local, regional, and national level by encouraging  participation and  the inclusion of awards or classes in open shows, judged pleasure rides, and all other equestrian activities.  The club strives to encourage Youth in their equestrian activities, publicize the achievements of Appalosoa horses, breeders, and riders and to promote and provide educational opportunities and equestrian activities within the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Our club members are as diverse and versatile as the Appaloosa Horse.  From the one horse backyard owner to breeders with twenty-five or more horses, our members raise, train, and compete in every aspect of horse ownership.  Come join our club of horse lovers; remember “We have Spots for Everyone”.
